We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. As every new journey is different we take your requirements into account before providing you with a bespoke quote. We have just a few requests:

Any cancellation within 24 hours of the agreed collection time will incur a £30 charge.

Waiting time is charged at £15 per hour, the first 30 minutes are free on site.

​

We reserve the right to refuse to transport any load deemed unsecure, until such a time that it is made fit for transportation.
